1 General Terms

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error is proven.
• Bets will not be accepted after an event has started (except for live betting).

8 Account Suspension and Closure

44zz may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicion of fraud or prohibited activity.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

8.1 Inactive Account Policy

If no transactions occur for more than 12 months, the account may be marked as inactive. In such cases, information regarding the balance will be communicated by email.

10.1 Maximum Limit of Compensation

In proven cases of technical error, 44zz's maximum liability will be limited to the actual balance present in the member's wallet at the time of the incident.
